Basic Ultrasound Course (Hybrid) – Saskatoon, SK

This course offers online lecture and 2 in person scan labs. Watch the lecture first at your own pace online prior to the course (4 x 3 hour modules) and come and practice your learning with 2 in person scan labs with our skilled instructors.

This course will take you through the basics of ultrasound from equipment, knobology, physics and patient prep to understanding the scan protocols and recognizing normal images of anatomy of the main abdominal organs. The scan lab will focus on technique, knobology, and optimizing your machine to produce your best diagnostic image.
